Anatomy Appreciation post

Today I finally started studying for the exams , they start in about 2 weeks.
Our first one will be Anatomy II , about the organs, (the previous one was about bones).
I just love anatomy , I really do. I love to know every little fiber , cell and vein in a body.
I love those old anatomy drawings( which aren't really accurate but so pretty).

I loved Körperwelten, the anatomy exposition of dr. Gunter Von Hagens, I loved it so much I went twice.
For total noobs amongst us: he uses the plasticination technique to preserve human bodies.
His pieces are always presented very esthetically ,
like the man on the horse , the most famous one.

I love any TV show about surgeons,Nip /tuk for example,
It's great because it always shows special things AND is medically correct (or at least I assume it is,
I do google the procedures afterwards :p).
God I even watch reality programs about it, you know those lame make-over things...
Although I zap away as soon as the operations are finished.

I could go on hours and hours rambling about Anatomy and surgery , but I guess you got the point by now.
My dream, my main goal in life, is to become a surgeon.
But so far I didn't succeed in studying medicine yet , unfortunately , the entrance exam is so damn hard, I'll try again this summer. I have to pass, I really have to,
I don't really have a plan B ....
